Position Aperol Spritz as the go-to holiday cocktail in Ontario, shifting consumer perception beyond summer occasions. Encourage trial and build loyalty by educating audiences on how to craft the perfect Spritz at home.
APPROACH
- Partnered with 12 lifestyle influencers and Afrim Pristine (Canada’s leading cheese expert)
- Launched “12 Days of Spritzmas” giveaways, featuring Aperol Spritz Kits and cheese board pairings
- Secured a national broadcast tour to expand reach and visibility
