Grand Opening Event

BRIEF

Naloi Media Group was hired to plan and execute the grand opening event for Eye Love Beauty Bar in Toronto. The objective was to promote the new store opening and showcase added services while generating buzz and attracting new customers.The event included a variety of complementary services, hor d’oeuvres, drinks and swag bags. Over 40 guests were in attendance including notable media, social influencers, bloggers and makeup artists. With top media attendees including: Globe & Mail, FASHION, The Kit, ELLE Canada and more.

STRATEGY

  • Invite Toronto’s top beauty and lifestyle media, social influencers, bloggers, and makeup artists
  • Partner with Tweezerman, Caudalie, and Nude by Nature for additional services, including hand massages and makeup application
  • Include swag bags featuring products from partner brands as well as Eye Love Beauty Bar
  • Host the event in partnership with Noce Restaurant and Hot Black Coffee to provide guests with food and beverages
  • Create a memorable experience that guests will enjoy and share on social media
