DINING ROOM REOPENING 2021
OBJECTIVE
Celebrate the reopening of Baro’s main dining room with an exclusive media and influencer event designed to reintroduce the restaurant, showcase its refreshed menu, and debut new Executive Chef Brent Maxwell to Toronto’s culinary scene.
APPROACH
- Collaborated closely with Baro’s internal team to curate a celebratory relaunch event highlighting the restaurant’s new culinary direction
- Designed a tasting menu featuring signature dishes from the new menu, crafted by Executive Chef Brent Maxwell
- Invited top-tier local media, food critics, and influencers from Toronto’s food and lifestyle community
- Coordinated one-on-one dining experiences for select media and influencers unable to attend the main event, ensuring continued coverage and reach
- Encouraged social sharing and earned media coverage across outlets including Dished Toronto, Taste Toronto, View the Vibe, and Auburn Lane
