OBJECTIVE

Launch Zitto Zitto Taverna, the newest restaurant concept from the owners of Sotto Voce Wine & Pasta Bar, and position it as Little Italy’s must-visit dining destination. The campaign aimed to build anticipation, drive media buzz, and generate bookings through an integrated PR and influencer strategy.

APPROACH

  • Executed a targeted media relations campaign focused on top-tier food, drink, and lifestyle outlets to secure high-value press coverage
  • Partnered with local influencers to amplify brand visibility and generate organic buzz across social platforms
  • Developed and distributed a press release announcing Zitto Zitto’s launch and unique Sicilian-inspired concept
  • Highlighted the restaurant’s authentic Italian heritage, contemporary menu, and elevated design to differentiate it within Toronto’s dining scene
  • Launched a social media campaign, including a sponsored “follow-to-win” giveaway, to accelerate follower growth and engagement
