360 Social Media Strategy

BRIEF

Naloi Media Group worked on a year-long campaign to manage the ZWILLING Group of brands’ social media channels,  create a digital content strategy and advertising plan and conduct community management. The main focus was to integrate social media shopping applications on Facebook and Instagram to drive purchase conversions and increase web traffic which resulted in us exceeding our KPI sales goal by 29%. Through developing custom content for Instagram and Facebook, ZWILLING saw a 14% increase in followers.

On Instagram:

  • Total Impressions: 2.6M+
  • Total Reach: 1.6M+
  • Exceeded sales KPIs by 29%
  • Increased Purchase Conversions by 59% from 2018
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): $35.06

On Facebook:

  • Cost per Thousand Impressions (CPM): $8.79 (vs standard $11.20)
  • Impressions: 126k+
  • Reach: 68.7k+
